I love serving with our worship teams to lead our church into the presence of God. I love using creativity and musicality to help create an atmosphere that encourages worship. I love working with the musicians and techs who sacrificially give their time and talents.
I long to see our church worship God freely and wholly, and when I can be a part of helping facilitate that—that motivates me.
My favorite book is usually the one I’m reading; same with song lyrics—I have a new favorite every few weeks! In general, I enjoy books examining cultural and historical context in Scripture. For song lyrics, anything poetic, lyrical, and with great imagery and an unpredictable melody always catches my attention.
