Welcome to Harvest Kids! A fun and safe place to explore the Bible and discover God’s love.
Children (birth – grade 6) will engage in Bible stories, worship through song, and connect with other kids in age-appropriate classes.
Everyone who teaches, helps, or cares for children and youth at Harvest is required to follow the guidelines and procedures defined by Ministry Safe.
At check-in, a greeter will provide you with a numbered sticker with your child’s first and last name. If your child needs you during the service, their number will appear on the screens in the sanctuary. You will be asked to return the numbered sticker when picking up your child after the service.
For infants and toddlers, the nursery is a secure environment to sleep, play, or learn in the company of caring volunteers.
As this age group begins their journey with God, learning is hands-on and includes a short Bible lesson, lots of playtime, and singing.
Using creative activities, interactive Bible stories, and engaging music, this age group learns simple spiritual disciplines such as Bible verses, prayer, and worship.
Kids participate in high-energy worship, Bible stories, and engaging activities in large and small groups. Large groups include all children together, and small groups are separated by grade. Kids are encouraged to ask lots of questions as they discover what the Bible has to say.
11:00 a.m.
Preteens learn about relevant Biblical truths using multimedia lessons, Bible readings, and games. Discussions focus on real life issues and topics, and how to look to God in all aspects of life.
Once a month Club 56 has a connection event where the group will meet with one purpose: to have fun!
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
– Deuteronomy 6:5-7
Child dedication is an important time for the church family to affirm and prayerfully support parents as they publicly declare their commitment to raising their child in a Godly home.
Our Children’s Pastor meets with parents who are interested for an informational meeting to share why we dedicate children to the Lord, and support them in taking that step.
